What are A-Cards?
A-Cards are flashcards made by students, for students. They summarise key subject concepts and definitions on the face of each card in preparation for SEC and IGCSE O-Levels.
Besides being targeted towards students as an alternative method of studying, A-Cards can be used by teachers and parents to complement conventional teaching methods, hence making learning a more enjoyable experience for all.
On top of this, in collaboration with Dyslexic Teens Dialogue, all efforts have been made to make A-Cards dyslexia-friendly.
Why should I use A-Cards?
A-Cards are ready-made short notes prepared in a way that allows more content to be learnt in a shorter amount of time, making studying easier and more interactive than ever.
When studying using flashcards you are constantly testing yourself and assessing what you do and do not know. This act of self testing is called metacognition, and is psychologically proven to help you remember the information you studied better
