Who are we?
Flair Malta is a social enterprise founded by 7 students from De La Salle College.
Our mission is that of our customer's academic success. Our product, A-Cards, empowers students to Aim, Advance and Achieve in their formal education.
During the Junior Achievement Young Enterprise Company Programme finals held on the 13th of May 2017, Flair was nominated for:
-Best Quality Systems;
-Best Presentation and Use of Communications Platforms;
-Best HR and Operations;
-Best Implementation of Marketing and Sales;
-Best Social Enterprise; AND
-HSBC Company of the Year Winners.
Flair went on to represent Malta in the 28th JA Europe Company of the Year Competition in Brussels, amongst 200 students from 37 countries. Here, Flair won the following two prestigious JA Europe Signature Awards:
-The ManpowerGroup "Ready for Work" Award, which recognises the team that has best built work readiness skills during the competition and that makes most significant impact on developing learnability, a key component of work readiness.
-The MetLife "LifeChanger" Award, which awards the student company which best embraces the concept's social impact, financial performance and innovation in their business strategy while remaining a realistic plan in today’s marketplace.
